Comprehensive Cost Projection - BRIEF or EXPANDED Narrative

A Comprehensive Cost Projection with a brief - or expanded - narrative is a report that includes future medical care, medications, services and/or procedures based on a thorough review of the medical records provided and current standard of care protocols. Specific notations from the records will be incorporated into the report to validate recommendations included. This is an invaluable reference to utilize during mediation or in demand letters.
